Managing Director

Frank is a seasoned consulting professional with over 10 years of experiences in China;

His area of expertise includes Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, HR Consulting, Talent Development and etc.

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Frank was the General Manger of Far Eastern Consulting in Shanghai - a German-invested management consulting firm and later the Director in China of ATD (Association for Talent Development - formerly ASTD) – the world’s largest association for Talent Development headquartered in Washington DC.

Frank has a bachelor degree of French from SISU – Shanghai International Studies University and a Master degree of Business Administration from UIC – University of Illinois at Chicago.

Frank is a native-speaker of Chinese; He’s also fluent in English and French.

Lee Li

BD Manager - China

Lee is the China Business Development Manager of Lee Hecht Harrison. He has over 7 years of professional experience in Talent Development, Temporary Staffing, HR Consulting and Business Process Outsourcing.

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Lee served as a China Bid Commercial Manager of FESCO Adecco, who is a joint-venture HR Services Company combining the strengths of Beijing FESCO and Adecco Group. 

Lee is known by clients as an HR solution consultant and also for his track record in championing the role of HR in driving the success of businesses in China.

With 6 years studying and living in United Kingdom, Lee received his bachelor degree of Business Administration from University of Hertfordshire, and an A-Level from Chichester College.

Sarah Shen

Project Manager

Sarah is an account management professional with over 6 years’ experience with multi-national project coordination experience for global Fortune 500 organizations, including foreign-invested, state-owned and private-owned enterprises.

Sarah demonstrated success in client engagement while consistently developing relationship within customer satisfaction. She has persuasive and personable style with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Sarah is a native-speaker of Chinese while fluent in English.
