Biography
Irene Azevedoh is ICEO’s Managing Director for LATAM Markets, where she leads the practice in driving growth and supporting executives and organizations through change initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, restructurings, early retirement incentives and succession planning initiatives.
She has delivered coaching and career transition processes to Presidents, Vice Presidents and Directors. Her customers have represented Senior Executive Leaders in a variety of industry segments, including: Services, Automotive, Financial Services, Industry, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, Agribusiness and Energy.
She has more than 30 years’ executive experience in multinational and domestic organizations from different industry segments, such as Information Technology, Services and Management Consulting including leadership and team management positions at IBM, Ticket (Accor Group), Nicholson International, KPMG and Kienbaum.
She has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and an Specialization in Manufacturing Operations and Plant Automation, Ceritied in Psychosynthesis by Psychosynthesis Center Brazil. Advisory Board Member certified by Celint BRA, oct. 2021, fluent in English and Spanish, has good command of French Language and native Portuguese.
