Tim leads the Executive Search business for North America and brings over 30 years of management experience. Tim has deep expertise in the Technology, Media & Software sectors, as well as working with clients in the Venture Capital/Private Equity and Transportation space.

Deborah leads the Executive Business for Italy where she brings over 17 years of experience in the Industrial Sector specializing in Manufacturing, Automation, Machinery and Packaging.

Deborah completed an Executive MBA from Bologna Business School and speaks fluent Italian, English, and German.

Belinda leads the Executive Search business for China and brings over 10 years of senior- to executive-level recruitment experience.

She successfully built up the LHH China team in 2022 with a full range of functions and industries to provide world-class executive search service on the local market.

Alexis leads the Executive Search business in France and has been working in executive search for over twenty years. He speaks French and English fluently.

A graduate of the EPF engineering school, Alexis has deep practice area expertise in the Real Estate, Industrial, Purchasing and Supply-Chain divisions.

Scott leads the Executive Business for the United Kingdom. He is based in Scotland and delivers across the UK and internationally.

He has over 17 years of executive recruitment experience. He acts as a consultant and project manager for many high-profile public and private sector campaigns, from senior management to board level.

Rémi is the Head of our Executive Search Practice globally, located in Spain. He speaks French, English, Spanish, and Norwegian fluently.

Rémi holds a master's degree in economics from Grenoble Management School and in Consulting from HEC Entrepreneurs.

Jean-Pierre Baudinat has been a state-qualified occupational psychologist for over 25 years and is recognized for his dual HR expertise in recruitment and assessment.

He is certified in the main internationally recognized psychometric tools and has a long-standing commitment to anti-discrimination and diversity in his professional practice.

Beatriz has more than 15 years of Executive Search experience and possesses deep Financial Sector expertise.

She has a Master's in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy from SEMPYPM which allows her to bring a complementary human-centric perspective to her role.

Sandra has 20 years of experience in consulting, both in business and HR solutions and top management search both nationally and internationally.

Carmen brings over 19 years of experience in Human Resources and leads the Life-Sciences & Healthcare Practices.
