Scott is the leader of the Executive Business for LHH UK, and a member of the LHH UK Operations Board. This means that as well as offering career coaching and recruitment consultancy to clients, he also has strategic responsibility for all our commercial operations in the UK.
Scott joined LHH (then Badenoch+Clark) in 2009, bringing with him 17 years of executive recruitment experience. With a role that encompass both consultancy and project management, Scott supports many of our high-profile public and private sector campaigns, from senior management to board level individuals. He is highly skilled at managing complex search projects and with a large network in the UK, and globally, he often manages appointments that have an international search element.
As an expert in his field Scott is regularly invited to comment on executive employment trends and frequently speaks at corporate events, advising candidates and clients on best practice. Scott operates from Scotland in the UK.
