Biography
As an ICEO Practice Leader serving the US Northeast, Keith leads the region’s boutique leadership transition services for senior-level executives and their sponsoring organizations.
Keith brings to ICEO extensive experience as CEO of a leading human capital services firm, creating value for executives and client companies, working with the most senior leaders across industries, enabling growth and innovation, and leading exceptional teams in delivering the highest level of client satisfaction.
Prior to ICEO, Keith was CEO and owner of Mullin International, a global human capital services firm providing career transition services supporting Fortune 250 public and private companies. He built and led the firm in driving significant growth with best-in-class service delivery to become an industry leader.
Keith significantly expanded Mullin’s international footprint through strategic alliances and was appointed Global Chairman, leading 25 companies in 29 countries. On the heels of Mullin’s continued growth, he led the firm through a process of exploring strategic options that concluded in the sale of Mullin International to LHH in 2017. He rejoined LHH in 2018.
Keith has served on for-profit and non-profit boards throughout his career.
Keith received his BA in Business from Oswego State University. .
