We are currently working with a growing company in Colfax seeking a Recruiter to join their team. This position will be fully onsite, direct hire with benefits paying up to $40k with a bonus structure. Client is flexible on experience, but wants someone that is passionate about recruiting and has the drive to find great candidates. Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle recruiting duties
Post open requisitions, screen candidates, schedule interview with various hiring managers, draft offer letters
Conduct background checks, drug screens, I-9 verifications, and provide first day instructions
Work closely with candidates placed to review performance and satisfaction in their positions (2-3 week follow-up after starting)
Ensure time and attendance is accurate each week and process conversions of candidates from contract to permanent
Assist with other HR duties (benefits administration, employment laws, safety training, etc.
Qualifications:
Must be a go-getter, with a passion and drive for recruiting
Dynamic, bubbly personality
Quick learner
Prior ATS/HRIS experience required, BambooHR exp. is a plus
