Ranjit de Sousa

President

As President of Lee Hecht Harrison, Ranjit de Sousa leads Lee Hecht Harrison's global team including sales, strategy, service innovation and client service. Ranjit is responsible for driving Lee Hecht Harrison's aggressive growth and diversification plans.

 

Ranjit, based in Zurich, has worked in global business development, strategy and M&A for the Adecco Group and Lee Hecht Harrison (previously Executive Vice President EMEA Operations) in Zurich, Paris (2006-2007) and New York (2008-2009) while at the same time leading several key sales and account management teams for some of the division's largest clients.

 

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, he worked as partner and strategy consultant at Ziel Consulting, a boutique M&A and growth strategy firm based in Zurich, driving the company's growth during its start up phase.

 

His career began in 2001 at Monitor Group, gathering working experience as strategy consultant with a focus on market entry and growth topics in different Continental European countries. Ranjit holds an M.A. (lic. rer. publ. HSG) in economics, law and political science from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and studied at the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Études Internationales in Geneva (HEI). Between 2002 and 2005, he also was an assistant lecturer for Swiss public and private law at the University of St. Gallen.

James Metzger

Chief Financial Officer

James (Jim) Metzger is a former “Big 4” financial executive with over 25 years of experience serving as a business partner to Boards of Directors, executive teams, and financial sponsors.

He is also experienced in managing administration functions including Legal & Compliance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Enterprise Risk Management, Performance Transformation, Marketing, and Sales Administration.

For the past 15 years, Jim has served as a Chief Financial Officer and/or SVP, Business Operations (COO), primarily in the portfolio companies of leading private equity firms such as The Gores Group, Norwest Equity Partners (NEP), Halyard Capital, H.I.G. Capital, and Patriarch Partners. Jim has also worked both domestically and internationally as a finance executive for both EY and Cap Gemini.  He began his career as a consultant and account manager with RECAP, Inc.

Jim holds an advanced law degree from the Florida State University School of Law, as well as an MBA in finance and international business that was jointly conferred by the NYU-Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics, and HEC School of Management in Paris. He earned a Professional Certificate in Accounting from New York University and completed an Advanced Management Program for CFOs through the Wharton School of Business. His undergraduate degree is from Baldwin-Wallace University.

John Morgan

Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Americas

John Morgan is an experienced Management Consultant and Executive in the Talent Development industry. John has 20 years of experience in professional services and is currently Chief Operating Officer of Lee Hecht Harrison.  John is also the Executive Committee member responsible for the LHH Americas region.  In his role at LHH John has overall responsibility for meeting the firm's annual sales and profitability goals across the Americas and global responsibility for all LHH operations including client service delivery across our Career Transition and Talent & Leadership Development businesses. 

Prior to joining LHH, John was a Senior Manager at Stromberg Consulting where he also led large scale human capital solutions for Fortune 500 companies in the Pharmaceutical, Retail, Financial Services and Professional Services industries. One of John’s major accomplishments included leading the redesign and implementation of a Marketing Operations function at a Fortune 50 Pharmaceutical company. This work included overseeing a detailed employee activity analysis, development of new employee role descriptions, and overseeing the talent assessment for the entire department.

John also has extensive experience in training/learning design and internal communication strategies to help drive desired organization and employee change. Early in his consulting career, John held positions at Spherion Corporation in their employee assessment group and at Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now TowersWatson).

John received his B.A. in Psychology and his M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University. He also holds an Executive MBA certificate and Executive Leadership certificate from INSEAD Business School in France.

 

Michelle Anthony

Chief Marketing Officer

As a B2B marketing leader, my ultimate goal is to enable sales teams to be successful by engaging clients and prospective customers throughout their buying journey. I thrive in fast-paced environments, particularly those faced with growth goals and challenges where I get to work with sales teams and prospective customers. While I have experience in all aspects of the marketing function, I'm considered a subject matter expert in branding, thought leadership, and demand generation. I'm also known for my high level of energy and an affinity for analytics balanced with creativity.

Caroline Pfeiffer Marinho

Executive Vice President, EMEA

During her nine years at Lee Hecht Harrison, Caroline has been instrumental in driving growth across Latin America and more recently across Germany and Switzerland where she has been the regional leader since 2015. As well as extending LHH’s market leadership in Switzerland in career transition, Caroline has accelerated LHH’s global cross-border growth in the talent development market.

Georg Hirschi

Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific

Georg is responsible for the APAC operations of Lee Hecht Harrison, one of the global divisions of the Adecco Group. He is a member of the Lee Hecht Harrison Executive Committee.

Georg, based in Sydney, has worked in consulting, global executive search, HR outsourcing and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.


Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison in 2013 he worked for one of the leading Australian Human Resource Outsourcing firms (Peoplescout) providing Human Resource Outsourcing and Talent Management Consulting services and a range of outsourced IT solutions to the Asia Pacific market. Georg hold university degrees in both economics as well as Strategic Human Resource Management (M.A. with honors). 

 

Sharon Patterson

Chief Human Resources Officer

Sharon is responsible for leading all strategic HR initiatives globally at Lee Hecht Harrison. She has in-depth experience in employer branding, compensation and benefits, change management, employee relations, and training. Sharon brings a business-oriented approach to HR and a strong track record of success developing HR programs that align with strategic business objectives.

Prior to Lee Hecht Harrison, she was CHRO for Canadian Tire and held HR positions with ABB Canada and Union Gas. Sharon holds a BA in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.

Nick Goldberg

Mary-Clare Race

Chief Innovation and Product Officer

Dr. Mary-Clare Race is the Chief Innovation and Product Officer at LHH with responsibility for the quality of the LHH solution. Mary-Clare is passionate about helping people get more from their experience of work and, along with her team of designers, psychologists, consultants and creatives, is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to solve our client’s challenges. 

Mary-Clare has over 15 years’ experience in human capital consulting including Career Transition, Leadership & Management development, Coaching, Diversity and Inclusion and Organizational Design.  During that time she has worked in the US, EMEA and APAC with a wide range of clients in financial services (Barclays Bank of England, Goldman Sachs); pharma (GSK, Allergan,Novartis);  consumer goods (Unilever, Coca-Cola); luxury brands (Coach, Versace, Estee Lauder Companies); and government (British Government, Cabinet Office, National Health Service). Prior to joining LHH she was President of Mind Gym Inc. where she led the North American business through a period of unprecedented growth.

Mary-Clare is a regular conference speaker and has published scientific papers in leading journals including Frontiers in Psychology, Mental Illness at Work, and People & Strategy, alongside industry publications such as People Management and The Financial Times. She is an Organizational Psychologist with a PhD in Psychology, a Masters in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor degree in Social Psychology and enjoys keeping abreast of developments in her field through her contribution as a guest lecturer at Columbia University New York and University College London.
