Matt brings a wealth of recruitment experience, including expertise in a variety of industries, but has maintained a primary focus in the Public Sector, Not-for-Profit, Community Services, and Healthcare sectors.
Matt’s early career as a Human Resources professional allowed him to gain strong exposure to corporate recruitment. Over the last 5 years Matt has worked on over 100 search mandates for mid-management professionals, administrative leaders, HR, Professional Services, and subject matter experts across Canada and the United States.
Matt is a values-driven professional with a demonstrated track record for championing the principals of Equity and Diversity. He has helped to develop and deliver impactful training in Diversity and Inclusion for both internal and external leaders. Matt holds a BA in Social Sciences from McMaster University, an HR Certificate from Ryerson University and an Adult Learning and Education Certificate from George Brown College.
He is a hands-on recruiter and his approach has always been one of relationship and trust building, and client service. He is known as a hard-working, fun loving and dedicated HR professional with a long history in client service.
