About Bruce Diemert
With over 25 years of experience in talent management and management consulting, Bruce brings a wealth of knowledge to LHH Knightsbridge. His extensive expertise spans Western Canada’s key industries, including: resource-based sectors, banking and finance, professional services, manufacturing, information technology. His deep understanding of these industries positions him as a trusted partner in executive search and talent development. He is passionate about helping companies drive growth by matching them with top-tier talent.
His expertise in executive search took shape in 2006 when he joined Korn Ferry as a partner, leading executive search and leadership development projects from the firm’s Vancouver office. Since then, he has become a go-to expert for organizations looking to secure visionary leaders who can navigate the complexities of today's marketplace.
Bruce holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Dalhousie University, attained through the Canadian Bankers Association program.
A commitment to his community is a core part of Bruce’s professional and personal life. He actively supports local, municipal, and provincial charities. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He competes in outrigger and dragon boat races both locally and internationally. Bruce also enjoys skiing and snowboarding in the North Shore mountains and Whistler, as well as hiking with his three daughters and his loyal chocolate lab, Goose.
